About the Role
We are supporting a well-established and growing law firm in Chelmsford, Essex, looking to recruit an experienced Employment Solicitor (2+ years PQE) to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and personable legal professional to grow their career within a supportive and ambitious environment.
Key Responsibilities
Building strong relationships with referrers and clients, instilling confidence and trust.
Providing expert advice to individual clients, solving their employment law challenges and securing the best legal outcomes.
Assisting businesses, from start-ups to larger SMEs, with day-to-day employment and HR issues, ensuring legal compliance and up-to-date documentation.
Achieving monthly targets and KPIs in collaboration with the team.
Supporting the growth of the firm by contributing to business development initiatives and attracting new clients.
What Were Looking For
A qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE and a solid knowledge of Employment Law.
Exceptional communication skills confident, articulate, and client-focused.
A strong sense of professionalism, ethical standards, and a commitment to high-quality client service.
