Who?
Part of a global network agency with a South West base this agency pride themselves on their work and their fantastic team. Ideally from a customer engagement or CX agency background, you'll be a confident established project manager. Able to juggle campaigns at pace, you'll sit side by side with the client working across data and creative bringing briefs to life. Some knowledge of CRM would be a bonus. The Account Director will be a strategic voice to support the Business Director with day to day delivery. Any exposure working B2B particularly within retail or travel clients would be an advantage, but not a pre-requisite.
