Job Description
An Operational Support Grade is an exciting role within a busy prison. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital part in maintaining order and ensuring the smooth running of the facility.
Your duties may include security checks at the gate, supervising visitors, managing deliveries, and monitoring CCTV footage. You will also be required to work closely with other teams to ensure the overall efficiency of the prison.
This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. If you have good judgment and common sense, this could be an ideal career path for you.
You will be expected to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and night shifts, to maintain the continuity of operations.
