Overview
Bank Senior Health and Social Care Support Worker role at NHS Highland. Bank posts with set shifts to support patients in their own homes, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care and maintain independence for service users.
Responsibilities
* Provide support and assistance to service users to maximise and maintain independence.
* Work with patients in their own homes and contribute to delivering a high-quality service to the local community.
* Be flexible and able to use your own initiative as part of the team.
* Provide high standards of patient care in support of the team.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Experience not required, although beneficial; full training will be provided.
* Opportunity to complete an SVQ in Health & Social Care.
* Driving licence essential and applicants should have access to their own vehicle for work purposes; a pool vehicle is available for rural areas.
* These are bank posts with set shifts: 7.00am-11.00am, 9.00am-1.00pm, 7.00am-2.00pm and 5.00pm-10.00pm or as per service requirements.
* This role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a work visa CoS; NHS Highland is unable to provide candidates with a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
