On-Camera Content Presenter – YouTube & Product Storytelling

About the Role
Steel Reef is a design-led company creating premium accessories for the world’s best watches. Our customers wear Rolex, Tudor, Grand Seiko and more — and our products are built with performance, design integrity, and everyday utility in mind.
We’re looking for a confident on-camera presenter to host content on our growing YouTube channel. This is a freelance/part-time role for someone who enjoys discussing product design, storytelling through visuals, and exploring how form meets function — both in our products and in the watches they’re made for.
You’ll work with our team to deliver product explainers, behind-the-scenes stories, and original video formats that highlight craftsmanship and innovation. You'll also share thoughts on watches we’re making accessories for, from thoughtful opinions to comparisons — always with clarity and authenticity.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to contribute to a high-quality creative channel and help shape a distinctive tone in the luxury product and watch space.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Present long-form and short-form video content for YouTube
* Speak clearly and naturally about watches, accessories, and product innovation
* Contribute to the structure and tone of each video (we’ll support scripting as needed)
* Film in our Nottingham studio or remotely using shipped products
* Collaborate with our videographer and founder to ensure smooth production and consistent brand tone
* Occasionally appear in short-form content or campaign visuals
What We’re Looking For
* Strong on-camera communication skills — confident, natural, and clear
* An interest in product design, mechanical watches, or storytelling through craft
* Ability to work flexibly and meet deadlines
* Based in the UK, and able to either film in Nottingham or receive product deliveries
* Previous experience with YouTube, presenting, podcasting, or editorial-style content is a plus
What You’ll Get
* £30–£40/hour depending on experience
* Approx. 10–12 hours/week to start
* Freelance contract with the potential for longer-term collaboration
