Position Overview
The Technology Delivery Lead is responsible for end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, driving execution across cross-functional teams, and maintaining high standards of quality, governance, and stakeholder satisfaction. Would be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology programs and projects
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology programs and projects.
* Drive multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, QA, architecture, DevOps, and product.
* Ensure delivery governance, risk management, and compliance with organizational standards.
* Manage stakeholder communication including senior leadership, business partners, and external vendors.
* Oversee project financials, resource allocations, and delivery roadmaps.
* Ensure adherence to Agile/Hybrid delivery frameworks and best practices.
* Identify delivery bottlenecks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure continuous improvement.
* Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance oversight for delivery teams.
Required Skills & Experience
* 15+ years of experience in technology delivery, program management, or engineering leadership.
* Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, DevOps, and cloud-native delivery environments.
* Experience working in global, multi‑location delivery models.
* Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-million-dollar programs.
* Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict‑resolution skills.
* Strong understanding of regulatory, compliance, and security requirements (preferred for financial services).
Preferred Qualifications
* PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or SAFe certifications.
* Experience with financial services, digital transformation, or cloud modernization initiatives.
