About the Role
As an Estimator, youll play a key role in pricing tenders and direct enquiries. Projects range up to £1 million in value.
Youll be responsible for:
1. Preparing competitive pricing and programmes based on materials and labour requirements.
2. Conducting site visits and client meetings to finalise project details.
3. Running survey reports using software like Bolster or OneTrace.
4. Producing defect schedules, Bills of Quantities, take-offs, and marked-up drawings.
