Please note that the successful candidate will be required to work 15 hours per week with a pro rata salary of £14,080 up to £15,441 per annum.
As a Lecturer of Level 2 Art and Design at EKC group, you will teach, train, and assess students in various learning environments, ensuring a high-quality learning experience. Your role will include supporting learners to achieve their potential and leading designated study programmes or courses, with responsibilities for designing, delivering, and evaluating programmes.

About You
The ideal candidate will teach on our Level 2 UAL Art and Design course, be organized, creative, and able to deliver engaging lessons. Experience in teaching or workplace training is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. You should have a positive outlook, strong class management, and empathy for learners.
You will be able to teach from Level 1 to Level 3, motivate learners, and help them succeed. The course introduces various 2D and 3D techniques, building industry understanding through live projects, client work, and community projects.
