The Role

You'll be at the heart of turning numbers into meaningful stories, supporting senior stakeholders with the clarity and data they need to make confident decisions.
What You'll Be Doing
Preparing and analysing monthly management accounts, identifying key trends, variances, and performance drivers
Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering data, challenging assumptions, and ensuring accuracy
Developing and maintaining financial models to support planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis
Producing meaningful reports and dashboards for senior management, presenting financial information in a clear, accessible way
Analysing operational and financial data to identify risks, efficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
Monitoring KPIs and providing insight to drive continuous improvement=
Partnering with teams across the organisation to improve financial understanding and support business initiatives
Supporting compliance requirements, including audits and alignment with internal controls and standards
About You
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related subject
Part-qualified or finalist (ACCA, CIMA, ACA), or actively studying
Strong Excel skills and experience working with large data sets and financial models
A clear understanding of financial principles, reporting standards, and analytical techniques
Proven experience in a finance or analyst role, ideally within a complex or multi-entity environment
Excellent communication skills - able to explain financial insight in plain, straightforward language
Curious, analytical mindset, with the ability to challenge assumptions and think critically
Organised and detail-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
