Business Development Manager
Scotland (Field-based - regular travel required)
£50,000 DOE + uncapped commission
We are working with an established and growing B2B energy & transport solutions provider to recruit a Business Development Manager in Scotland.
This is a field-based role focused on driving new business, developing strategic partnerships, and growing key accounts across a range of sectors.
The Role
You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across a portfolio of services including fuel supply, payment solutions, partner networks, and value-added services for fleet-based businesses.
The role involves managing the full sales cycle, from identifying and securing new business through to onboarding and ongoing account development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute a regional business development strategy
2. Identify and secure new business opportunities across sectors such as transport, logistics, construction, agriculture, and industrial
3. Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects
4. Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts
5. Deliver a consultative sales approach, identifying opportunities to cross-sell multiple services
