Requirements / Experience
1. Experience working in a telesales / Account manager role previously or current is an MUST
2. Experience working with an FMCG sector with this job title is an ADVANTAGE
3. Confidence in using IT systems (including MS Office 365) with a working knowledge of Excel.
4. Strong telephone contact handling skills and active listening.
5. Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.
6. An understanding of working in a target driven environment.
7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the telephone.
Responsibilities
8. Contacting potential customers via telephone, email or social media to generate interest in and sell our products.
9. Achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
10. Update CRM and database systems.
11. Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
12. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
13. Manage incoming & outgoing telephone calls.
14. Keep records of customer interactions.
15. Engage prospective customers through outbound calls to introduce our brewery, its products and relevant promotions.
16. Build and maintain strong customer relationships with new and existing clients whilst keeping them updated on new releases and exciting offers.
17. Effectively communicate the brand story behind our beers to create a positive lasting impression.
