Title: Regional Sales Leader UK&I, Nordics

Planet Pharma is partnered with a global leading science and technology organisation specialising in life sciences, diagnostics, analytics and applied markets (food, environmental, testing). Our client is currently hiring for a Regional Sales Leader (UK&I and Nordics), to join their commercial/sales team on a permanent basis.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead a commercial team of 2 (Sales Specialist & Field Application Specialist) in the UK&I and Nordics.
* Manage distribution partners in UK, Ireland, Iceland, Denmark, and Finland.
* Achieve regional sales quotas and business targets for the company's (food) portfolio.
* Drive strategic EMEA projects and manage local strategic accounts.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and updates using SFDC (Salesforce).
* Deliver timely and competitive pricing offers and manage internal approval processes.
* Promote the business through participation in seminars, exhibitions, and demos.
* Maintain and update product knowledge and presentation materials; stay informed on competitor offerings.
Main Requirements:
* Degree in Science (preferably Chemistry or Food Science).
* Proven experience in analytical sciences with a strong professional network in food, environmental, chemistry, or materials sectors.
* Results-driven strategic sales manager with self-motivation and a proactive approach.
* Skilled in developing and executing long-term strategic plans.
