1. Location: Commutable from Stourbridge, Blackheath, Cradley Heath, Dudley, Lye and Rowley Regis
2. Salary: £36,000 + Overtime + Excellent Benefits
3. Hours: Day Shift | Monday to Thursday | Every Friday Off | Full Time | Permanent

Due to continued investment and expansion, we are looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Fitter to join our day shift team, who enjoy a shorter working week with every Friday off.

Key Responsibilities – Maintenance Fitter
As a Mechanical Maintenance Fitter, you will:
12. Carry out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown repairs.
13. Work on a wide range of plant and equipment in a busy manufacturing environment.
14. Collaborate with a team of multi skilled Maintenance Engineers.
15. Ensure equipment operates efficiently and downtime is kept to a minimum.
Requirements – Maintenance Fitter
To be successful in this role, you will need:
16. Formal mechanical engineering qualifications (NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
17. Ideally apprentice trained in a mechanically
18. Proven experience in a manufacturing, heavy engineering, or industrial environment
19. Strong problem solving skills and a hands-on approach to mechanical maintenance
20. Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors and gearboxes is desirable
