We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator to join our client, an established organisation within the energy and infrastructure sector. This is expected to last 2-months, based in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Front-of-house duties, including managing visitors and handling calls
Providing administrative support to internal teams
Coordinating meeting rooms, calendars, and office supplies
Assisting with return-to-office activities following refurbishment Requirements:
Proven experience in a reception or administration role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational ability and proficiency with Microsoft Office
Available to start on short notice The successful candidate will be proactive, professional, and able to manage competing tasks in a high-paced setting.
