Our Business Planning team sits at the heart of Screwfix's Growth Plan, helping to translate ambitious priorities into tangible results across the business. As a Business Planning Project Manager, you'll play a key role in coordinating and delivering high-profile initiatives that drive commercial performance, improve customer experiences and support our colleagues.
Working across functions including Stores, Supply Chain, Digital, Operations and Technology, you'll bring teams together to mobilise and deliver strategic business change. From shaping project plans and aligning stakeholders to tracking benefits and ensuring successful implementation, you'll help make sure our most important priorities become reality.
This is a highly visible role with exposure to senior leaders and Board-level stakeholders, offering the opportunity to influence key initiatives and see the direct impact of your work across the business. If you enjoy bringing clarity to complexity, building momentum and delivering meaningful change, we'd love to hear from you.
This role is a 6 month fixed term contract position.
