Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist Band 6/7 to join the Therapy Inpatients team at Aintree Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
* Undertake timely physiotherapy assessments on Ward 7 to determine discharge readiness, and physiotherapeutic interventions required.
* Parallel planning.
* Develop and monitor individualised exercise and rehabilitation plans.
* Liaise with hospital, community, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
* Support timely flow and discharge.
Requirements:
* Relevant Physiotherapy qualification.
* HCPC Registered.
* Experience in an acute surgery setting.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Commitment to patient-centred care.
