Dizplai helps publishers, rights holders, and brands turn passive viewers into engaged communities through interactive, data-driven storytelling. As we scale, we're looking for a Copywriter to shape the voice of our brand and bring our stories to life across technical documentation and marketing channels.
The Role
This is a hands-on creative role with a split focus: 20% technical writing and 80% marketing content. You'll be responsible for producing clear, compelling, and consistent copy that resonates with multiple audiences — from product users to prospective customers. You'll collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales to ensure our content supports both engagement and conversion goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Technical Writing (20%)
* Copy Edit, Produce and maintain clear, user-friendly product documentation, guides, and technical content.
* Translate complex product features into accessible language for end-users and customers.
* Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.
* Marketing Content (80%)
* Write persuasive and engaging copy for downloadable assets, case studies, blogs, emails, web content, social posts, Press Releases and campaign assets.
* Ensure all content aligns with Dizplai's brand voice and strategic positioning.
* Support demand generation, sales enablement, and brand awareness through impactful storytelling.
* Work with design and content teams to craft creative, integrated campaigns.
* Repurpose and adapt content for different formats and platforms.
About You
* 3+ years' experience in copywriting, ideally in SaaS, tech, or digital media environments.
* Creative, can write a hook that going to get people clicking
* Proven ability to write both technical and marketing content for different audiences.
* Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling narratives.
* A sharp eye for detail, grammar, and tone consistency.
* Experience writing across a variety of formats (long-form, short-form, digital, and social).
* Collaborative, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
* A portfolio showcasing a mix of technical writing and marketing content.
