Key Responsibilities
* Front of House (FOH) Operations
* Oversee daily FOH service to ensure smooth guest experiences.
* Manage FOH stock ordering (beverages, service supplies, uniforms, etc.).
* Maintain presentation standards across dining areas.
* Team Leadership & Development
* Recruit, train, and schedule FOH staff.
* Lead by example to maintain excellent customer service standards.
* Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and manage conflicts.
* Administration & Documentation
* Prepare and maintain staff schedules, payroll inputs, and HR documentation.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
* Maintain records of staff performance, training, and incidents.
* Financial & Reporting
* Use Excel and reporting tools to track sales, labor costs, and FOH expenses.
* Generate daily/weekly/monthly operational reports for management.
* Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
* Customer Service
* Handle escalated customer concerns in a professional manner.
* Build strong relationships with regular guests and community partners.
* Support marketing efforts (events, promotions, guest engagement).
Key Skills & Competencies
* Strong leadership and people management.
* Excellent written and digital documentation skills.
* Proficiency in Excel (scheduling, budgeting, reporting).
* FOH stock management & supplier coordination.
* High-level communication and problem-solving skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
