Senior Brand Manager - FMCG - Food

Circa ÂŁ70,000 plus generous bonus and car allowance
We’re looking for a highly talented marketer to play a lead in shaping and delivering our Innovation agenda for a unique market. This role is all about passion for brand and marketing, consumer centric thinking and drive.

Key requirements:
* Marketing experience at Senior Brand Manager level in a branded FMCG business
* A consumer first mind set in everything that you do, while always considering the implications of key decisions and actions on the retailer
* Innovation - NPD - Gate Process experience from ideation to execution
* A desire to constantly raise the bar in everything you do with a hunger to constantly learn, develop and grow
* Able to interrogate a brand P&L, identifying issues and opportunities, making interventions at pace
* Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to constructively challenge, influence and persuade
