Daily Rate: £200 - £250
Working Pattern: Full Time
Driving Required: Yes (Full UK/EU driving licence)
Location: Field-based with regular overnight stays throughout the UK & IrelandWhat You'll Do:
As an Installation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our Customer Projects team, responsible for:
Performing high-quality installations of critical instruments including cPro, c8800, c8000, and c6800.
Troubleshooting and providing 1st level support to ensure seamless operation.
Maintaining a professional relationship with customers, ensuring their needs and queries are addressed.
Adhering to safety and IT security standards while working in laboratory settings.
Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation through teamwork and collaboration.What We're Looking For:
To excel in this role, you should have:
Essential Skills:- Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical understanding.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic technical expertise and a logical, process-driven mindset.
- Proficient digital literacy, including familiarity with IT security protocols.
Desirable Skills:- Experience in a medical technical environment or as a medical technical assistant.
- Familiarity with medical analytical systems and quality assurance.
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and web delivery tools.
