An opportunity has arisen for an Edge Bander Operator to join our team.
The role includes, but is not limited to:
* Setting and operating edge bander
* Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
* Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain accuracy and productivity
* Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure they meet specifications
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* General Housekeeping duties
* Working as part of a team
* Using own initiative
Requirements:
* Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
* Aged 18+ due to use of machinery
* Must be willing to provide cover in other areas of the operation when required
Desirable:
* Experience within the kitchen and bedroom manufacturing industry
* Experience of edgebander (training will be given)
* Experience of panel saw (training will be given)
* Experience of cabinet making

Salary: Starting salary £12.50 per hour
