We're working with a medium-sized building consultancy to help them find a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join their growing Bristol team. They've got big plans for the region over the next few years, and this is a great opportunity to be part of that journey. You'll be joining a team of 10 surveyors, reporting into the Associate Building Surveyor. The work is mainly project-focused, covering contract administration, project management, surveys and refurbishments, and planned maintenance. Sectors are varied - from education and courts to residential, healthcare and transport. They're looking for someone who's confident with clients, friendly, professional, and wants to be part of a collaborative, supportive team. Whether you're already working at Senior level, or recently chartered and ready to step up, there's real scope here to develop into an Associate role.
