Warehouse Manager - PA NJ Branch Locations
The Zone 2 Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing warehouse operations at Region 2 branches in PA and NJ.
Should live near our PA 2 Horsham 19044 Branch, with Regular weekly travel to the other locations is required: Boothwyn PA 19061 and Mt Laurel / Cherry Hill NJ 08003. We will provide a Gas Card / EZ Pass.

Under the direction of the VP of Operations, the Warehouse Manager leads efforts in directly supporting our growing team of service technicians by ensuring they have the right materials at the right time to provide exceptional and prompt service to our customers. Utilizing internal resources and external partners, the Warehouse Manager oversees material purchasing for all branch locations and supports the company’s profitability by accurately tracking inventory, monitoring vendor pricing and controlling shrinkage.
The Warehouse Manager works with the Director of Operations to create
excellence in process documentation and continuous improvement to help ensure consistency in approach and scalability through LTP’s growth.
The Warehouse Manager will be a Player/Coach with hands-on approach to teaching and managing people
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Manage and provide strong leadership to warehouse personnel at all branches to ensure smooth operations and great internal customer service; “tech friendly” atmosphere.

Drive accountability of staff regarding quality of work, accuracy and efficiency of all expected job functions

Manage day-to-day operations, SOPs, organization and cleanliness of LTP warehouses.

Create calendar and ensure ongoing truck / warehouse inventories are completed in alignment with company goals. Troubleshoot and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Manage weekly truck and warehouse replenishments to ensure timely delivery of materials and minimize out of stocks.

Optimize truck & warehouse materials based on varying and evolving criteria.

Monitor and update item master in accordance with as required by change in material demands.
* Assist Director of Operations with truck fleet management and deployment.
QUALIFICATIONS/ABILITIES:
Strong leadership and people management skills

Strong technology foundation and analytical skills
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify and implement creative solutions
Strong communication skills and ability to partner internally and externally to accomplish objectives
Customer focused and result driven approach
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Work is performed in a warehouse environment.
Ability to lift and transport >50lbs
Travel to each branch location on as needed basis.
Travel to vendors when required
Must have own vehicle and good driving record
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
High School degree
3-5 years experience as a Warehouse Manager managing multiple branches
Exposure to Warehouse Management Systems, plumbing materials highly preferred
4-8 years relevant experience with documented / exceptional results.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills; EXCEL required
REPORTS TO: VP f Operations
SUPERVISES: Warehouse Associates (multi-branch)
