Lookers Volkswagen, Warranty Administrator Contract Type: Permanent Salary: from £32,000 per annum Hours between: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm Our Warranty Administrators are fundamental within our Aftersales department! Day-to-day they are primarily responsible for processing warranty claims as well as liaising with customers both face-to-face, over the phone and via email. We are looking for an individual with a customer service background “serviced” to perfection! Processing warranty claims to manufacturer standards Assessing the quality of warranty job cards which includes feeding back to the workshop Supporting with Paint and body claims Keep accurate records of warranty submissions, credits, rejections, and customer contributions toward goodwill claims Ensure maximum return from the manufacturer - for all warranty work including the issue of credit notes and associated paperwork Review warranty reporting systems with the line manager to identify improvements where possible and administer warranty policy in the best interests of the Dealership, manufacturer, and customer Previous Automotive Warranty experience is essential, and experience using Kerridge / ADP would be an advantage, as well as having knowledge of other essential dealer systems. You will possess attention to detail and strong organisation skills; this is essential when prioritising and scheduling work appropriately. Furthermore, you will be able to build strong and lasting relationships with your fellow colleagues.
