Key Responsibilities
* Manage a mixed caseload of childcare law matters from initial instruction through to completion
* Provide clear, practical, and client-focused legal advice
* Conduct your own advocacy and represent clients at court where required
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure the highest level of service and client care
* Contribute to the firm’s supportive and collaborative team culture
Requirements
* 1–2 years’ PQE in Children Law
* Experience in handling both private and public law proceedings
* Strong advocacy skills and confidence representing clients in court
* Commitment to delivering high-quality, client-centred legal work
* Ability to manage a busy caseload under pressure and work effectively as part of a team
* Ambition to work towards Children Panel membership
