An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join a dynamic and highly regarded Employment team within a leading UK law firm. This role offers exposure to a wide range of employment law matters for an impressive portfolio of clients across sectors such as finance, logistics, technology, retail, and mobility.
The Role
You will be part of a busy and collaborative team, advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Work will include:
* Advising on day-to-day employment relations issues.
* Handling Employment Tribunal litigation.
* Providing support on corporate and commercial transactions.
* Working with high-profile employer clients as well as undertaking some individual advisory work.
* Developing strong client relationships and supporting business development initiatives.
About You
We are seeking a solicitor with:
* 3+ years' PQE in employment law.
* Strong technical skills across both advisory and contentious matters.
* Experience in transaction support work (preferred but not essential).
* Excellent drafting, communication, and client-handling skills.
* A proactive, team-oriented approach with a willingness to contribute to wider practice growth.
