Job Description:
Protocol Education is currently recruiting for a Social & Emotional Youth Worker to work in a thriving special needs school based in Seaford and surrounding areas.
The students attending these schools have ASD, Social, Emotional, Mental Health needs (SEMH), complex learning disabilities, or are identified as having a statement of educational need or an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). The schools aim to support each child's development of self-esteem, achievement of personal targets, and enthusiasm for learning, inspiring and motivating pupils regardless of their individual needs. All staff work to challenge, support, and inspire each pupil.
Candidate Requirements:
* Believes that every student can make outstanding progress regardless of background or need
* Is rigorous, determined, creative, and inspirational as a leader
* Utilizes a variety of engaging teaching methods and CPD sessions
* Is caring, with a drive to develop strong relationships with staff, students, parents, and the community
