You're an experienced people manager; you are creative and resourceful and can use this to generate customer, donor and colleague loyalty. You'll need to be well organised with great communication skills to lead your team of colleagues in store to maximise sales and profit and meet your stores targets.

Responsibilities
* Lead and develop your in-store team to maximise sales and profit and meet store targets.
* Maintain the highest standards of presentation and customer service to create an outstanding store experience.
* Inspire and manage staff, donors and customers to build loyalty and drive store performance.
* Manage day-to-day operations and ensure compliance with safeguarding and recruitment processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience as a people manager with strong organisation and communication skills. Commitment to Barnardo's mission and the ability to work within a charity retail environment. Safeguarding requirements include consent to a Basic criminal records check for successful candidates.
