Excellent telesales skills and remote relationship-building skills.
Must live locally – within a mile radius with access to a car.

Demonstrable experience developing and nurturing large wholesale customers, or a background as a business developer in another industry – proven longevity in your CV!
Very well spoken, able to sell to sophisticated high net worth individuals.
Numerically proficient – comfortable with percentages and arithmetic.
Highly motivated by money and willing to work hard to benefit from commission structures.
What will you be doing?
1. Develop an outbound sales programme to reacquire lapsed and acquire new customers.
2. Respond to inbound emails to quote and up-sell products using product knowledge to maximize sales and nurture customers to purchase.
3. Work from part numbers, price products, and ensure accurate input to process orders correctly.
4. Meet and exceed sales targets to earn a generous commission.
5. Work varying shifts and hours to manage the company's international customer base (including outside the UK). Flexibility is required, with some evening work from home, typically 2 nights a week, including 1 Friday per month.
6. Training will be face-to-face in the office, followed by a rota of WFH and office days (e.g., 3 days in, 2 days WFH, alternating weekly).
