This is a unique opportunity to work in a specialist setting supporting children withplex Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
The Role
We are looking for a teacher who:
•Has secure curriculum knowledge and can assess and plan effectively
•Designs engaging, purposeful, and sequenced learning experiences tailored to individual needs
•Creates a safe, aspirational environment where children thrive academically and emotionally
•Builds strong relationships with children, families, therapists, and external agencies
•Understands SEMH behaviour strategies and can implement targeted interventions
•Demonstrates empathy, patience, and the ability to look beyond challenging behaviours
•Is emotionally resilient, fun, and passionate about inclusive education
•Can lead and inspire a class team and contribute to whole-school development

Hayspliance Requirements
To be considered for this position through Hays Education, you must:
•Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
•Be able to provide two recent professional references
