The Role: As a Recruitment Administrator within our HR team, you will play a crucial role in handling administrative tasks related to new candidates joining our organization. No prior experience necessary, full training will be given.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting with paperwork
Providing administrative support to the HR department
Data entry and record keeping
Filing and organizing sensitive information within the system
Scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating conference room bookings
Assisting in internal and external communication, including responding to inquiries
