About the Role: As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students to provide tailored support that enhances their learning, engagement, and personal development. Responsibilities: Implement personalised learning plans and support strategies tailored to the unique needs of each student, fostering independence and personal growth. Qualifications: Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, SEMH Support Worker, or similar role is preferred. Understanding of SEMH needs and evidence-based support strategies.
