Café Manager in Busy Student Café
We are looking for an experienced Café Manager to join our team Social is an excellent food and beverage concept based in Queen's Student Union. You must be enthusiastic, highly motivated, visionary, dedicated, customer-focused and a great team-worker.

Key Tasks
To ensure the successful running of the entire Food & Beverage offering within the context of the Company's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
· Min 2yrs experience in a hospitality management role to include both front of house and kitchen.
· Proven leadership and staff management skills.
* High standards and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a calm and relaxing atmosphere
* Proficiency with technology and social media as most orders will be completed via email and an online ordering system.
* Experience in managing hospitality events.
Core responsibilities:
1. To manage the store so that it meets the company standards.
2. Improve the sales and store profitability.
3. Manage and motivate a team of staff.
4. Cash management.
5. Supplier order management.
6. Site maintenance.
The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
Job Type: Full-time 40hrs week
Schedule:
· Monday to Friday Day Time - with all major holiday's off
* May include occasional weekend work for hospitality events
Salary: Starting salary £28,000.
