About the Role:
Thames Lido is looking for a passionate and experienced Sous Chef to join our kitchen team on a temporary basis, covering November 1st 2025 to April 1st 2026. This is a hands-on role in a busy, fast-paced environment, offering an exciting opportunity to work with wood-fired ovens, charcoal grills, and seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients.
You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in running the kitchen smoothly, leading a team, and ensuring our food maintains the high standards that our guests expect. This role is ideal for someone with at least 3 years' experience as a chef who thrives in a collaborative, creative kitchen environment.

Who We're Looking For:
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Chef
* Proven leadership and team management skills
* Passion for seasonal cooking and high-quality ingredients
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
