Due to the recent promotion of our highly regarded Headteacher, the governors, staff and children of Flanshaw Junior Infant & Nursery School are looking to appoint a new Headteacher.
To ensure that the success and stability of the school is maintained, and the pupils continue to thrive, the governing body are looking to appoint an experienced, inspirational leader who will:

4. Be a positive and aspirational role model with excellent leadership, management, organisational and interpersonal skills.
5. Bring proven knowledge and experience of current Ofsted guidelines and requirements.
