Job Description
· Processing invoices to and from the NHS and pharmacies· Processing invoices for assessment charges from in house system to the accounting package and the NHS systems
3. Log accurate records within various systems
4. Keep Excel spreadsheets and Accounting Packages up to date.
· Monthly reporting accurately on above activities.· Provide ad-hoc support within the wider Accounts Receivable department where necessary, and get involved in ad hoc project work, as well as any other finance or admin duties required
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts & Billing Assistant should have:
5. Proven experience in accounting and finance or a related field.
6. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
7. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications.
8. An understanding of billing processes and financial regulations.
9. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
10. A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
