Baker – Japanese Confectionery Main Responsibilities:
•Prepare wide variety of Japanese and European bakery goods – sweet to savoury breads
•Manage day to day of operation of bread section
•Support production development
Baker – Japanese Confectionery Ideal Candidate:
•3+ years of experience in baking bread at a bakery
•Familiar with East Asian bakery techniques, flavours and ingredients (either through work or personal interest), especially Japanese, would be beneficial
•Able to commit to flexible work patterns undertaking early morning shifts as well as weekend work if/when required
•Team player
