Responsibilities
* Adding new starters, processing leavers, and making colleague data changes.
* Assist with colleague queries, including annual leave, sickness recording, and general HR support.
* Generate system-based employment references for former colleagues.
* Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data compliance.
* Support with other administrative HR tasks, for example, letter writing and note taking.
* Participate in workplace training, shadowing, and mentoring as part of the apprenticeship.
* Support with reception cover at Head Office, welcoming visitors and managing incoming calls.
* Support the wider People Team with tasks, and cover where required.
* Consistently align yourself with FatFace's social and environmental mission, demonstrating your commitment through day-to-day actions and the projects you directly influence.
