We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Willenhall Depot. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager your role is to provide high level of customer service by supporting, assessing and resolving customers queries.

Key Accountabilities
1. Effectively dealing with customer queries / complaints and requirements and where necessary relaying information to the Manager
2. Act as the first point of contact for incoming enquires daily
3. Establishing a friendly and courteous relationship with internal and external customers
4. Taking orders and keying in allocations, price changing and managing the Point Of Sale (POS) allocations
5. Communication to customers, including late departing vehicles, track and trace
6. Provide relevant reports and data as required
7. Answer social media and LiveChat
8. Ensure maximum availability during LiveChat hours
9. Ensure the completion of administration tasks in line with Company expectations
10. Use several in-house and external systems
