Overview
Due to expansion we are looking to recruit a Senior Nursery Nurse, Room Leader and Third in Charge for a fantastic nursery in Farnham. the nursery has a waiting list of children so is keen to recruit experienced Nursery staff to join their existing team in Tunbridge Wells.
Roles and salary
* Nursery Nurse £13.00 per hour
* Room Leader £13.60 per hour
* Third in charge £14.00 per hour

What you need
* Minimum 3 in Childcare.
* Keyworking experience
* Ability to complete relevant paperwork
* Solid understanding of Health and Safety procedures and policies within a nursery.
* Good communication skills.
* Strong understanding of EYFS, Safeguarding, FGM, FBV and First Aid
* Senior Nursery Nurse experience for the room Leader and third in charge
* Leadership skills for the Room Leader and third in charge
Responsibilities
* Keyworker duties
* Promoting best practice in the nursery.
* Displaying a real passion for childcare.
* Effectively supporting team members
* Communicate well with management, colleagues, parents and children.
* Managing a small team for the Room Leader
* Ensuring Health and safety of the children and staff for the Room leader
* Supporting management team for the Third in charge
