Position:mercial Plumber
Location: Loughborough (single site)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM ( hours per week)
Start Date: 7th April 2024Pay: Up to £ p/hr (Umbrella)
Contract Type: Temporary, (with the potential to be permanent after 3 months)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1. Asset Identification: Conduct thorough inspections to identify plumbing assets.
2. Temperature Checks
3. Shower Temperature Adjustment
4. TMV Adjustment/Servicing: Service and adjust Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs) for optimal performance.
5. Replace Isolation Valves
6. Replacing Taps/Flexible Hoses
7. Pipework Alterations: including correcting expansion vessel orientations.
8. Cold Water Storage Tank Modifications: installing lid vents, rodent screens, and other necessaryponents.
What you'll need to succeed
9. Level 3 Plumbing Qualification
10. Two references from employment within the last 2 years.
