Freelance (OUTSIDE IR35) - Site Agent / Civils Site Manager
Location: Bicker Fen, Bicker Bar, Boston PE20 3BQ
This is one week's holiday cover for the 10th March. The site is in great form and just needs supervision with SMSTS and First Aid qualifications.
Scope of works: The package will be subcontracted to a team that has previously worked on similar jobs. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring the programme, health & safety, and quality assurance. The package involves RC pad foundation, grouting, gullies, drainage, ducting, kerbing, and external works. A well-known subcontractor will be on-site for health & safety reasons, so SMSTS and First Aid qualifications are essential.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Reporting to the visiting Contracts Manager
2. Managing all aspects of health, safety, and environmental considerations
3. Managing and updating the programme of works
4. Close liaison with the subcontractor
5. Keeping accurate daily records
