Our Environmental Solutions contractor is looking for a Senior Project Manager on a permanent basis to support on a range of Water frameworks based out of their offices in Horton near Heathrow.
This will be largely an office based role with some travel to Thames and Wessex Water sites. The role will support a number of PMs and APMs with the candidate needing to be an experienced PM/SPM, ideally having worked on lower value higher volume projects. The role will report to the Head of Operations working out of the same office.
Responsibilities
Act as liaison between Management and Operations involved in the execution of a project.
Manage organisation, administration and coordinator of elements involved in the delivery of a project.
Manage all cost tracking and revenue reporting/forecasting for the Project.
Pre- Planning and Resource forecasting and inventory management.
Attend Construction Planning Meetings and Project/Site Walks.
Assist in Quality Control and Safety of all Projects.
Complete projects on schedule, within the allotted budget, and in accordance with required standards.
Line manage and coach more junior members of staff including Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
Skills/experience/qualifications
Previous experience in a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager role
A degree or equivalent in project management, civil engineering or a related field.
Experience in drainage, civil engineering or construction industries is desirable.
Must be commutable to Horton offices
Commercial acumen and experience working under NEC contract desirable

Salary circa £65-70k - client will be open to discussion based on experience
