Job Summary
As an FAE you will manage your territory and region like it’s your own. You will solve technical challenges, whilst aiding our customers in making the right decision for there projects. In this role, you'll leverage your technical expertise to support customers, identify their needs, and recommend innovative solutions that drive sales growth. It is paramount that you have strong technical knowledge coupled with a good level of commercial and business acumen.
You will be expected to drive design chain value proposition by generating the greatest number of design wins in technologies and registrations. You will perform a variety of product, technical and engineering functions including research and development.

What will you be doing?
In this role, you will:
13. Proactively develop and execute technical sales strategies across your accounts
14. Introduce new technologies, products, and architectures that influence customer design decisions
15. Participate in supplier and customer design reviews
16. Build strong relationships with key technical stakeholders and decision‑makers
17. Understand customer product roadmaps, design cycles, and technology needs
18. Provide pre‑ and post‑sales technical guidance to support successful design outcomes
19. Identify, qualify, and track major design opportunities from concept through to production
20. Use supplier resources effectively to maximise design‑win potential
21. Promote supported lines and drive adoption of recommended solutions
22. Work closely with sales colleagues to align on strategy and secure business
23. Deliver training and knowledge‑sharing sessions to the commercial team
24. Create compelling technical presentations and tools to support customer conversations
25. Research industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies
26. Maintain certifications and attend ongoing technical training
What we’re looking for…
27. Strong understanding of customer design processes, product lifecycles, and system‑level architecture
28. Ability to translate customer requirements into technical recommendations
29. Skilled in building long‑term partnerships with engineering teams and technical influencers
30. Typically 5+ years of relevant engineering, technical sales, or design‑support experience
31. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or equivalent technical experience)
32. Able to deliver complex technical concepts clearly to both engineering and commercial audiences
33. Comfortable operating independently, planning your own account activity, and leading technical engagement
