36 hours, 52.14 weeks per year, Fixed term until 31 March 2026. Interviews are scheduled for 16 September 2025.

Responsibilities
* Join the busy HR Support team and provide administrative support for the delivery of the Council’s HR Services.
* Key contractual changes to the HR/Payroll system (currently i-Trent) and produce associated contractual documentation.
* Provide advice to managers and employees on key HR policies and processes including recruitment and selection.
Qualifications and Skills
* Well developed communication and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in information technology, including Microsoft Office.
* Understanding of data protection principles with tact and discretion in handling confidential information.
Experience
The ideal candidate would have experience of working within a busy HR department or similar environment and experience with contracts of employment and related documentation, though training will be provided.
Terms and Working Arrangements
This is a full-time temporary appointment until 31 March 2026. The post is subject to the Council’s flexible working policies and is operated on a hybrid basis.
