Typical Qualifications
* 8 - 12 years of experience in banking technology implementations.
* Temenos certification is often preferred.
* PMP or similar project management certification.
Common Project Focus Areas
* Core Banking Modernization.
* Version Upgrades (e.g., T24 to latest releases R23/R24).
* Digital Banking Platform Migration.
* TPH (Temenos Payment Hub) Implementation
Required Skills and Experience
* Proven T24 Experience: Hands-on experience managing end-to-end Temenos T24 implementation or upgrade projects.
* T24 Functional Knowledge: Deep understanding of T24 modules (e.g., AA Deposit/Lending, Payments, Treasury, Accounting).
* Project Methodologies: Proficient in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
* System Knowledge: Understanding of T24 technical architecture, including TAFJ/TAFC and interfacing methods (e.g., OFS, Web Services).
* Leadership Skills: Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multi-vendor environments.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
