People Operations Administrator

Location: Swindon

Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: up to £28,434 per annum

We are looking for a People Operations Administrator to support the daily delivery of our HR and Recruitment processes, together we will create a smooth, engaging experience across the employee lifecycle. This is a great opportunity for a People Operations Administrator who's detail-oriented, people focused, and ready to grow within a dynamic team.

What you will do as a People Operations Administrator:

* Support the onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changes
* Maintain and update HRIS records with accuracy and confidentiality
* Manage employment documentation, background checks, and compliance tasks
* Own system quality, by monitoring the quality of data that we input as a team

Experience/Qualifications of a People Operations Administrator:

* Strong organisational and administrative skills/experience
* Discretion in handling confidential employee information
* Confident communicator and team collaborator
* Proficiency in the Microsoft suite, namely Word / Excel.
