The role We are working with a large, inclusive secondary school in Northumberland to recruit a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to support pupils across KS3–KS5. The school values high expectations, strong behaviour routines, and personalised support that enables all pupils to access learning successfully. As an LSA, you will work alongside classroom teachers and SEND staff to support pupils’ engagement, confidence, and progress in their lessons.
