Education / qualification
Essential criteria
1. •Substantial clinical and managerial experience at Band 6
2. •NMC Pin Number
3. •Mentorship course or equivalent
Desirable criteria
4. •Working Towards Masters or interested to do so
5. •ALS holder
Experience
Essential criteria
6. •Relevant clinical and managerial experience in a senior position in a cardiac catheter lab
7. •Experience in change management/ influencing change
Desirable criteria
8. •Experience in performing nurse led procedures such as ILR
9. •Skilled at history taking and physical assessment
Knowledge
Essential criteria
10. •Demonstrates understanding of principles and practice of Clinical Governance, e.g. Risk Management
11. •Able to manage a team including developing potential and performance management
Desirable criteria
12. •Knowledge of change management.

13. •IT skills including emails, Cerner, Cardiology network
