The role
Salary: £45,000 - 50,000 per year Requirements: We require 12-24 months of experience in a similar CRM Specialist, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations role. We require strong operational, practical, and architectural experience with HubSpot CRM and associated modules, including Commerce Hub CPQ. We require a solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and sales enablement principles. We require an analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. We require the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. We require a proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities. We require experience in a sales enablement or sales support environment. We require the ability to work accurately and consistently with CRM data, reporting, and system configurations. Responsibilities: We will manage and support the Sales Team operationally. We will ensure the sales team has access to accurate customer and prospect data. We will help enable the team to engage effectively with customers and prospects. We will support pipeline progression and help drive opportunities through to close. We will act as the main point of contact for HubSpot-related queries. We will provide training and troubleshooting support to the sales organisation. We will interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve sales processes. We will maintain CRM data, reporting, and system configurations accurately and consistently.
